The property has been compared to Manuel Antonio Park!  It is rectangular shaped, with 900 meters of beachfront, and extends back into the jungle about 2 kilometers on each side.  A river runs up the north edge and ends in a lagoon (ideal for fresh water swimming) before flowing out to the Pacific Ocean.

Across the river from the property is a 20,000 acre indigenous Guaymi reserve. The Guaymi are very interested in opening their reserve to eco-tourism and the immensity of the reserve means that the area is rich with monkeys (3 species) and birds.
